Applications: MOLOIL® RAP is used in pharmaceutical formulations as an oily vehicle or carrier in selected oral and topical products, including softgel capsules, creams, lotions, and ointments. In topical preparations, it can help soften and condition the skin. It does not provide antimicrobial protection; its grade and concentration are selected according to the intended use and compatibility with other ingredients. It can serve as a lipid-based vehicle in suitable oral and topical formulations.
